Truck Fab Resource ("TFR," "we," "us," or "our")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of truckfabresource.com (the "Site") and your communications with TFR, including, but not limited to, by phone, text message ("SMS"), Facebook Messenger, and email. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. Truck Fab Resource is a DBA ("doing business as") of Z Tyler LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates this business.
1. Our Business
Truck Fab Resource designs and manufactures the Trash Cat 47 series roll-off hoist systems for 47" rail dumpster trailers, offered as DIY kits, upfit services, and turnkey trucks.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or misuse any contact form for purposes unrelated to a genuine business inquiry.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Sales
Information on the Site, including pricing and specifications, is provided for general reference and is subject to change without notice. A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by TFR. All sales, upfits, and turnkey builds are subject to separate written agreements or invoices governing price, scope, and delivery terms.
4. Payments
Online orders placed through our Squarespace store are processed via Squarespace's payment system at the time of checkout. Truck purchases are paid by bank transfer arranged directly between the customer and their financial institution. TFR does not accept cash or check payments on-site and does not directly process or store payment card information.
5. Text Messaging and Facebook Messenger
By providing your phone number and communicating with TFR by phone or text, you consent to receive text messages from TFR related to your inquiry, quote, order, or scheduled service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry, quote, order, or service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. TFR does not send marketing text messages to numbers that have not first contacted us. If you contact TFR through Facebook Messenger, your use of that platform is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Truck Fab Resource and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product warranties, if any, are governed separately by the terms provided at the time of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truck Fab Resource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your communications with us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or continued communication with us after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
