Truck Fab Resource is a DBA ("doing business as") of Z Tyler LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates this business.

• Website usage data, collected automatically through tools including, but not limited to, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity, including pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, and general location (city/region level, derived from IP address).
• E-commerce order information, collected through our Squarespace-hosted online store when you place an order, including your name, shipping address, and order details. Payment information for online orders is processed directly by Squarespace's payment system; TFR does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
• Bank transfer information, for truck purchases paid via bank transfer. We do not accept or process cash or check payments on-site, and we do not store your banking credentials — transfers are arranged directly between you and your financial institution.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and service questions
• Schedule and coordinate installs, deliveries, and service appointments
• Send text message and email updates related to your order, quote, or service request

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Facebook Messenger

We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data, including your phone number and consent status, are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. If you contact us through Facebook Messenger, your communications with us on that platform are also subject to Meta's own privacy policy, which governs the Messenger platform itself.

We may share information with service providers who support our operations, including, but not limited to, Nextiva (our phone/texting provider), Squarespace (website hosting, e-commerce, and payment processing), Facebook Messenger/Meta (customer messaging), our CRM platform, and our email provider — solely to help us deliver our services. We may also share information with law enforcement or legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain customer contact and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to support your order, service history, and our business recordkeeping obligations.

• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You may request that we delete your contact information from our records by contacting us using the information below, subject to any recordkeeping obligations we may have.
