Based right here in Greencastle, PA, fixing the trucks that drive the salty roads of Franklin County.
Why it happens

Salt, slush and Pennsylvania winters

Road salt and wet slush sit on the underside of a truck all winter. Over the years that eats into frame rails, crossmembers and mounting points, often from the inside out, where you cannot see it.

When the rust gets bad enough, the truck can fail Pennsylvania state inspection. Replacing a whole truck is expensive. In many cases the frame can be repaired instead.

What we repair

Frame rails
Rusted-through or thinned rail sections cut out and replaced with new steel.
Crossmembers
Rotted crossmembers repaired or replaced and welded back in.
Spring hangers and mounts
Weak spots around spring hangers and shackle mounts rebuilt and reinforced.
Reinforcement plates
Welded steel plates added where the frame needs extra strength.
Hitch and receiver mounts
Rear frame ends and hitch mounting areas restored.
Epoxy coating
Repaired areas, or the whole frame, sealed with epoxy paint.
